Greetings! I discovered Rover while spending some time in Chicago back in 2015. My daughter and I really enjoyed adding a furry friend to our strolls around the neighborhood, and often kept the pup longer than the scheduled 30 mins, while we all played at the park. My other experience consists of managing a dog of my own, volunteer pet sitting for family members, and always having a family dog while growing up. I currently work part-time as a nurse and have an 8 year old who loved caring for our family dog, who past away in 2022 (at 14 1/2 yrs). Although I am not ready for a new dog of my own, we do miss the companionship and fun of having a dog around. After dog sitting for a neighbor, I thought I would look back into Rover to offer my services.

Adrienne did a great job watching my dog Scout. I would definitely use her again in the future and recommend her. Friendly, nice, and clean home. Appreciated the pictures throughout his stay!
Adrienne is wonderful! She takes great care of Ryder during their walks and will even hangout with him for a few hours! She also patched up one of his favorite toys when it was coming apart. Truly a great dog walker/sitter.
Adrienne has cared for our pets for many years when we traveled. Our boxers are always excited to see her and we trust that they are safe and happy in her hands

I have a small, fenced in, yard for the dog to spend in the sun and eliminate. Otherwise, I have a baby gate to keep pets in the kitchen. Crates are welcome but I do not have one of my own at the moment.

A typical day
We enjoy cuddling, brushing, bathing if needed, walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch, enforcing training, giving treats, keeping your pet comfortable and happy, and including them in our day to day activities.

Availability
I work part-time and the days per week fluctuate. I will update availability as my work schedule rolls out. I am flexible and have an in-home babysitter that can substitute for me if a stay falls over a day I work. During stays I will plan to be home full-time but may have to run a quick errand at times. In that case, I can take the dog with me when appropriate, or keep away time to a minimum.
