Pet care experience
Life has led me to living on the boardwalk and I love it!! Unfortunately, I cannot have a pet so I would enjoy helping you with yours! I have had pets (dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits and even a hedgehog) since childhood and I understand how they are part of the family…an amazing life source in our homes. When my children were in middle school and high school I worked at an animal center where we did educational shows in-house and for schools. It was fun! I learned about and cared for some surrendered domestics (ferrets, rats, guinea pigs, a pot bellied pig, chickens, a mean rooster, a rat, snakes and rabbits) as well as exotic pets (fennec foxes, porcupines, armadillos, degu, coatimundi, flying squirrels, and skunks; yes, skunks!) Anyway..as you can see…I like to be around fur babies! I am a flight attendant and trying to phase myself out in the coming years and start up something new. I bid for my next month’s schedule the 15th of the previous month and will do so according to my promise to you so please check my availability and hopefully you’ll consider me when looking for your next sitter! At this point, my home/work schedule allows for four consecutive overnights

I can't say enough great things about Adrienne! She is a reliable and caring sitter. My dog loves her. She is responsive, follows feed & care directions perfectly and she even went as far as teaching my dog several new tricks! Adrienne is my go-to sitter and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for pet watching.
Adrienne is the most loving and caring individual I have ever known. Their isn't a moment in a day that she doesn't interact with an animal or reference a video about one. She is truly an animal lover and would do anything for them.

I would care for your pet and home according to your instructions first and foremost. I do think pets are fun so I wouldn’t be doing so only because it is a “job”, but because I would enjoy it also. I always lock doors when I walk in my own home jokingly (?) saying, “haven’t you heard of home invasion”… Having had big dogs that could shake outside gates open…locking mechanisms are always double checked I am respectful so I will leave your home just as I found it unless your baby left a mess…then I will clean it up and send you a pic :)

As far as special needs or medication, I am totally open to learning and helping I obviously have given oral meds to dogs and cats over the years
A typical day
I do like trying to teach them new basic tricks based on what they already know. I taught my cat (kevin) to do a high five for cheese and many years ago had a grey cat (Kitten) who would immediately balance himself on the top of his scratching post when I said “do you want to do tricks?” and wait to deflect balls of paper I threw towards him

Availability
I am a flight attendant so my schedule is very flexible but I do need advanced notice. I currently am at home 13-14 days a month and my days only consist of running/walking on the boardwalk and visiting with family and friends.
