The first red flag with Adrian was that she waited until the day before we were flying out on our trip to come by with her dad to tell us that she couldn't be here the first or second day of dogsitting, and that her dad, someone we have never met before, would be taking care of our dog in her place for the first two days. We were shocked and upset. She had known this for at least a week and didn't tell us. She took away our choice to choose to have her and her dad dogsit or to have another dog sitter. I would have preferred to do the latter. The entire hour her dad was here, he talked about himself and his health problems nonstop and would not listen to any instructions about our dog. We were not happy that he would be sitting our dog but found ourselves in an impossible situation; we had to fly out the next day. On the day her dad showed up to dog sit, he didn't ask about our dog at all. He was only interested in how to get football on the TV. I showed him. A few minutes later he could not remember what I told him, and my husband had to show him again. This made us even more uncomfortable leaving him in charge of our dog. That evening I texted him to remind him to feed the dog and what to feed him. He was very defensive that I was reminding him and even stated "I am not forgetful" which I knew was not the case. He also was not very ambulatory, he used a quad cane and could barely walk by himself. Adrian had to help him climb two steps into our home, he couldn't have done it on his own. There was no way he could go after our dog if our dog had gotten loose outside, or even bend down to clean up after our dog if he had an accident in our home. Because my dog is deaf and cannot hear commands, like "stop" or his name being called, he could have easily been lost outside or could have run out into traffic and been killed. Our return flight was an hour late, and Adrian would not stick around to meet with us when we got home. I would have liked to have addressed having her dad sit for our dog with her but she was not here. She took the dog sitting job with us and a dog sitting job for someone else during the same time period to obviously make more money. She did not consider what we wanted. When we got back home, I noticed a crack in the sink in the bathroom and I asked her about it, not accusing her in the least bit, and it wasn't a huge deal to us, and she replied very defensively that the crack was there when we left (but of course she wasn't here when we left so how could she know that?) and that her or her dad did not crack the sink. I did not accuse her or her dad of cracking the sink, I just wanted to know if they knew what happened because sometimes accidents happen. She stated "That's an old crack." Again, how could she know that? Adrian duped us into letting her dad dogsit in her place for the first 2 days. Adrian, you might want to take a good hard look at what you're doing, deceiving clients just to make a buck. It's indecent and it's no way to get ahead in this world. I hope you learn from your mistakes and start being 100% truthful with clients. Double booking jobs and deceiving clients will never make you wealthy.

Adrian is the best! She took care of my two dogs- a husky and a husky mix- while I was out of the state and did a wonderful job. She kept me updated throughout the day and handled my husky boy's nervous issues well (he occasionally gets so anxious he'll poop inside and it isn't pretty, but Adrian handled it and I came home to a clean house). My dogs absolutely adore her, and I've recommended her to family and friends who have all said the same. My dogs were happy, she kept my rabbits fed, and my house was exactly as I left it (maybe even cleaner) when I returned. Glad she's on Rover because your pets will definitely love the care and attention she provides!

Adrian is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions. During that time, she kept the house neat and tidy and stayed in communication with us on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving our dog and house behind. Above all, Adrian is trustworthy, goes above and beyond and my dog loves her.
