Did not follow through on our expectations and instruction that was agreed upon when booking Adrian's service. For instance, I shared with Adrian my pets should be fed around 8:30am and to please send a picture in the morning so I know he made it, but I did not hear from him all morning and had to message at 10:15am about this concern. When asked why he couldn't feed my pets at 8:30am his response was "lol that is too early". Adrian also left parts of my home dirty, specifically in our guest room the bed was unmade, there was an empty food box on the bed & a dirty plate with food & what looked like ash. Lastly on the second day of his service when asked if I should find another sitter to follow through on our expectations, he said it would not be a concern but then messaged me at 4:00pm later that day saying he is cancelling the rest of the reserved time causing me to scramble and find someone last minute (on New Year's Eve of all times). Unfortunately this was a poor experience with Adrian and I will not be booking him again in the future.

Adrian's love for dogs is very strong. He dedicates a substantial portion of his life to caring for dogs, and it shows. In a picture he sent of our dog, there was a look of adoration in our dog's eyes as he was staring at Adrian that was so sweet. I want to clarify why I gave him 4 stars instead of 5. On the first day that he was scheduled to care for our dog, he did not show up until SEVERAL hours after the agreed upon start time (which was supposed to coincide with our dog's dinner). I had to pay a friend $20 to take care of the dog that first night. I understand why Adrian accepted the conflicting obligation that caused him to be late (he was just trying to help a friend out), but I would've appreciated it if he had made more attempts to reach me to let me know. Since I was vacationing in a place with no wifi access, I didn't see the message from him until hours after he should've been there. In that instance, a phone call would've been much preferred. Fortunately, my friend was able to step in. I was so worried because, by the time my friend showed up, my dog had been left alone for over 12 hours (and had missed a dose of his medication to boot). Fortunately, he was okay. After that initial speed bump, things with Adrian improved drastically. He sent multiple video and photo updates, and he left the house clean before departing.
