Ty's stay with Adrian was great! They took wonderful care of him and updated me with photos through out the stay. I would recommend them!

Overall, Adrian and Caroline are great people and Adrian has a love for dogs. However, during our second boarding they cancelled several days in because they felt our 8 month puppy was being bad. I was contacted by Caroline and Rover Support that they would be canceling 5 days in to a two week stay due to accidents. This is not something any pet owner wants to hear after two days of no communication from your dog sitter. Communication is key to the success of a dog boarding. If you experience a challenge, you notify the owner and let the owner help your or assist you with why it’s happening. Some of it may be age or it could be based off feeding schedule, how many treats given, or when the dog is left alone. Luckily Rover support stepped in and assisted us with transferring over to another sitter who has taken care of our puppy since. His experience has been a lot different than Adrian’s. Something to note, they increased their prices after they cancelled our stay. I believe they felt that they weren’t getting paid enough and that played in their decision to cancel several days into a two week stay.
