I do not recommend Adele as a sitter and will not book her again. During our booking (drop-in visits), there were several issues. First, on one of the days when we had scheduled two visits, Adele only showed up for one. Our security cameras confirmed her absence during the missed visit. Additionally, there were multiple occasions when Adele significantly shortened her visits without informing me. For example, there were instances where she stayed for 10ish minutes instead of the agreed-upon 30 minutes. She logged 30+ minutes on the Rover card. Similar incidents occurred where Adele consistently arrived late and left early, disrupting the agreed-upon schedule. This inconsistency between documented time and actual presence is unacceptable. This was all confirmed on our security cameras. Another concern was Adele's admission that she checked in on Rover as she was leaving her house. This practice was not agreed upon and is unprofessional and inappropriate. I'm giving her 2-stars as she gave our cat food and water and cleaned the litter box during her visits.

Adele saved me from a rover who did not show up. I am incredibly thankful and can hopefully use her again in the future!
