Pet care experience
My experience mainly consists of taking care of my own dachshund, Hazel! I love spending time playing, walking, and bathing her. I have brief experience caring for friends and families animals. My work experience consists of childcare, which surprisingly can translate a lot to animal care- learning how to problem solve, making a safe environment, and always ensuring basic needs are met. I am studying environmental science at UW, so learning and caring for animals is a passion of mine

I would love to know any pets with special needs, sensitive areas, or any concerning health or behavioral needs. It is oftentimes really easy to be able to adjust my own care as long as it’s communicated! I know for my dog, she has a sensitive back after surgery, so I am always looking out extra for her safety.
A typical day
I love going on walks with any dogs that love it! I love sports and working out so I can match any high energy pets. I love playing with toys, and even just cuddling and hanging out. I love animals so much because I love any activity with them.

Availability
I’m currently working part time and taking classes! My work schedule is every other week and my classes are online. I have free time to spend doing something I love, but it varies per week.
