Pet care experience
I love taking care of and spending time with dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs in my house my whole life. I’d love to be able to care for your dog, because I’ve always enjoyed caring for animals. I have experience caring for both smaller and larger dogs (80+ lbs) of all ages. I graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in Environmental Engineering and am in grad school. I play soccer and love being outdoors so I’d be more than happy to hike, play fetch, or stroll with your dog(s). During weekdays I’m available Thursdays and Fridays. Depending on your pets needs, I could accommodate house sitting or walking as needed M-F depending on the time (i.e. after 5pm). Weekends are more open.

Addy was great! She took wonderful care of our dog and our home. Our dog is challenging on leash and Addy came out and did a meet and greet to make sure everyone was on the same page before we left town. Communication was great throughout and we got lots of happy updates with photos to our our minds at ease. Would definitely recommend and use her again!
Addy did a great job caring for my pups and home while I was away. She was communicative and sent me pics. Dogs seemed to be very happy and comfortable with her. I will use her again!
Addy was a great sitter! She was extremely communicative, sent tons of photos, and took excellent care of our two large doodles. We will definitely use her again in the future.
Addy was awesome! She took the time to come meet our pups prior to the actual day to ensure she had a good understanding of our apartment, where to walk them, and their food. She provided regular pictures and updates on the dogs, and even took time to go above and beyond and vacuumed and wiped down our counters before we got home. Highly recommend her! Will definitely be requesting Addy in the future!

I do not have any pets in my current residence. I have a dog back at home who loves to go on long hikes and play fetch. He is still young but I trained him through the pandemic while home, as he is a very large dog (with not much spatial awareness). I also was recently responsible for end of life care for my dog. I have experience taking care of older dogs as well as very young pups. I think it's really important to earn the trust of a pet while respecting any boundaries they might have so that we can have fun while I walk/take care of them.

It's important for me to know their age, general behavior (i.e. barks a lot, pulls on leash, separation anxiety), any special requirements, medications, any recent illnesses/injuries/surgeries, or eating habits.
A typical day
I love to hike and just walk around different areas so I’d love to explore new trails I’ve never been to in Boulder. Also, if the dog is more indoor oriented, it's always fun to play with their toys inside.
