Pet care experience
Dogs have been part of my family for most of the past 25+ years. I’ve also taken care of pets for neighbors and friends. My experience includes care for senior dogs and dogs with special needs. I am comfortable caring for reactive dogs, and have cared for dogs who are reactive around people and other dogs. I believe that all dogs are special and there is a special place in my heart for all furry friends.

We used Addy to watch our 8 year old corgi/beagle mix for 2 nights and were so pleased. Addy was wonderful with him and he felt right at home. Lots of walks and outdoor time. She sent us many texts and photos so we knew he was doing well. We highly recommend Addy and would definitely use her services again.
Addy was such an amazing dog sitter and Oakley loved staying with her!! Even though she only watched Oakley for one night we received so many updates and pictures which we appreciated so much! She was able to accommodate to Oakley’s medicine requirements and schedule and made her feel right at home! We will definitely be using Addy in the future!!
We were blessed to have Addy watch our dog Sage while we were gone. She took wonderful care of Sage and communicated often which brought great comfort to us. I highly recommended her to anyone looking for help with a pet. She is such a genuine and kind person too. Thankful for this experience!

If your dog has reactive behavior and/or special needs that you are concerned about, rest assured that my home will be a great place for them to be while you are away. I only take care of one dog at a time in my home, where there is a quiet home environment, with no children or other pets. Whether in my home, or yours, your dog will be my number one concern!

A typical day
My first step will be to talk to you to find out about your dogs favorite things, likes and dislikes. Rest assured that I will treat your dog like the special prince or princess that they are. They will have fun playing, going for walks, resting and cuddling. If they like going for car rides, to parks or hiking, I incorporate that into our day. My care for your dog is completely individualized and all about keeping your dog happy and healthy.

I'm currently working full time during the week, and am available to help some evenings and early mornings as well as most weekends. I am also available for boarding or pet sitting for extended weekends and most holidays.
