Pet care experience
Hey, I’m Addy! I’m a college student in NYC as well as a native New Yorker! I’ve experienced many varieties of dog breeds, ranging from Shih Tzu to Border Collie to Australian Shepherd. I’ve also worked in a doggy daycare as a dog handler and temperament test administer, so I’m well versed in different dog personality types and have the ability to analyze social cues and behaviors.

Addy was amazing! She was very understanding of my puppy Anna’s needs and was very communicative during the entire process. I was always sure that Anna was in good hands, with all the happy pictures Addy sent me. I highly recommend her, and look forward to the next opportunity to have her look after Anna while I’m away!

I have a fenced yard in case of potty emergencies, and two dogs of my own who would love to have an extra playmate! I’ve also raised 3 puppies and have had 2 senior dogs, so I understand the unique needs of all ages!

I would like to know how your dog interacts with other dogs, if they have any specific feeding habits or allergies, their favorite types of toys, places they like to walk, and anything else that will make them more comfortable during their time with me :) I look forward to meeting you and your pup!
A typical day
Early morning typically involves going to Riverside Park for a nice walk. Then back home for breakfast and/or any medications or other specific needs. Between noon-2pm we’ll go to the dog run or park. Late afternoon/early evening is usually dinner time, and then another walk. One more walk between 10-11pm.
