Addie was great! She stayed at our home and took care of our two little boys, kept us up to date with pictures and messages, and kept the place very clean and tidy. When she left, she also left a detailed message of how things went during the stay. Fantastic ethic! 10/10 would recommend.

I've know Addie for over ten years. She is a loving and caring person who loves people, animals and plants. One time when I had been sick for several days she brought me homemade chicken soup without me asking for some help. I have also found her to be a responsible person who has managed her own art related business for several years selling original works of art, prints and cards. She loves to take walks and explore the out-of-doors. The phrase "a serious person with a big heart" describes Addie. I would trust her with my life and any animals I might have.

Please let me know if there are any special needs for your pet while you are away! I prefer to sit for pets that like to stay close to home. While I have pet-sat for high energy dogs that need lots of exercise in the past, it is not my preference at this time. I prefer low-key jobs that are easy and low stress. Thank you for understanding.
A typical day
I am generally a home-body when not at work. I love to make quilts so I might bring my sewing machine along if that's ok with you? Otherwise, I keep my days simple with walks and yoga.

Availability
I would 5 days a week at Ice House in Gordonsville. I work from 3pm-9:00pm. I am off on Mondays and Fridays usually. If this schedule seems complementary to what your pet would be ok with, than please reach out! If the sit is in Charlottesville, please note my commute time to work would add a half an hour each way to the time I would need to be away from your home.
