Pet care experience
I have always had animals, but my love for dogs runs deep! I love dog walks in nature the most. I used to take my family's husky for miles in the woods. He loved hiking and swimming. My current doggie is scared of life, but he is a swimmer and loves wide open spaces, so we spend a lot of time in the water and fields foraging for the best grasses and bugs (his preferences). I have volunteered to walk dogs at shelters and have a soft spot for the "bully breeds". All dogs are deserving of love, and I have many friends of "bully breeds" that use me as the go to dog sitter. I would love to add you and your furry friend to that list, no matter breed or size!

My 12-year-old sometimes-timid cat Priya LOVED Adana starting from the meet-and-greet. Adana obviously spent time with her, played with her and took some beautiful photos. Priya doesn't always poop in her litterbox, but with Adana's care, she did the whole time I was away. Adana sent me Rover Report Cards everyday, which I really appreciated. I will definitely book Adana again if she's available.

I have experience with shelter dogs, my own dog is a rescue. I understand that boundaries are important to all animals and I'm here to give your animal the same level of care that they are used to with you! I am willing to do whatever it takes to make your fur baby (and you) comfortable.

The most important things are just, their normal routine. I want to keep things as close to normal as possible. I also want to know if something is not normal so that I can let you know, or try and get them back on track. If they are afraid of anything in particular, if they have any coping mechanisms in place when they do get scared. If they have any needs you think that may not be included in a pet sitting situation, let me know. I'm here to make sure your pet is happy! We will make it work for them.
A typical day
if your fur baby is adventurous, let's go on adventures! if they like to chill on the couch, I'm game! If they like to play fetch for 45 minutes non stop, I'll make sure my throwing arm stays warmed up!

Availability
I have a full time 8:30 am to 5 pm job, but still plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! Feeding, walking and play time are probably what you're looking for, but let's talk training too!
