I am from Florida and my family has bred and raise dogs since I was a child. I also have experience with breeding and raising various reptiles too. I was a pet groomer for 10 years in Florida. My mother is a master groomer and she trained me how to be a pet groomer while I worked with her. Now that I am in Texas, I have two cats that I love and care for. I miss working with animals and can't wait to provide your pet with the loving care it needs while you are away. I love to be outdoors especially by the lakes. Besides walking, I also like to do some jogging. I have many cat toys that your cat will love to play with.

This was my first time using Rover.com. I have always stressed on finding someone to take care of my persnickety older cat. She is too old to be kenneled and requires 2 meals a day. Adam did a great job taking care of her. He sent pictures and kept us notified via text. It eased my mind that she was so taken care of. What a great experience.

Since I have cats, I tend to clean out the litter boxes and set aside time to play with them. With one of my fosters, she’s very shy so I know she doesn’t do the lap cat loving but I still talk to her so she knows I’m aware of her but yet still needs space. I also love being outside and have colony cats that I take care of. The care and love I show to my own pets, I will show to your pets while visting.

Please let me know if your dog has a special toy or treat they like. Even if they have allergies to something, let me know because I like to give treats, even homemade ones that my wife makes. I also would like to know any medical or behavioral conditions that your pet may have so that I am well prepared to give them the proper care that they deserve. Giving your pet the loving care it needs is my priority while you are away.
A typical day
Will love to take your dog on a walk or jog at a park, lake or even just down the block. I know how to wear out a energetic dog. For cats, I have a lot of toys that I can interact with your cat. I also know that some cats are wary of strangers and will give them room but I will also look for them just to make sure that they are okay.

I’m always making time to spend playing and socializing with your pet. I tend to have more time in the afternoons or evenings and my wife loves to come with me to help out.
