House is clean and smoke free. Large fenced yard with enough room to run around. 2 dogs and cat reside in house. My yellow lab is friendly with other dogs, will play but ignores other animals when not playing but loves cuddles. My border-collie lab is old and couldn't care less about anything or anyone, lays down most the time unless there are treats involved. Cat was raised by dogs, shy around new pets, has separate space away from dogs.
