I own four dogs and a cat (Not with me at the moment). Have been caring for pets since I was 9. Being a student I have all the time available to me to be as patient as required with your pets and be available all around the clock. That includes emergency calls! I am available from 6 am to 11pm, I do not have a job and am readily available at all times. Only days I am exempt would be Fridays, even then it would likely only be a 3 hour window on that day. I have dealt with pets in every approach possible, whether you prefer a more stern approach where rules remain in place or a relaxed approach where the pets are allowed to roam the house completely freely I can deliver.
