It wasn’t the experience I had hoped for using Rover for the first time. My pup is only 7 months and I was nervous about leaving him with anyone since he is still at a puppy stage. I think Adam (AJ) had too many dogs for my first time pup being away from home. He was overwhelmed and stressed. Apparently he regressed and pottied in the house which he hasn’t done in months at home. I felt horrible for both AJ and my pup! Unfortunately, I kept getting negative updates throughout my trip which only stressed me out to the point I wanted to cut my trip short and come home early. I was new to this experience, but would hope a well trained sitter would be aware of what a young pup might be going through on his first time away from home, possibly feeling abandoned by his parents and thrown into a strange environment. Hopefully just a learning curve for all of us.

Loved the daily updates and pictures. Adam was also quick to respond when I had questions. Ripley found her best friend in Chico. I didnt worry at all while we were away. I can tell Ripley had a great dogcation!
