Hi! I'm Adam (they/he pronouns) - and I'm looking forward to being there to care for your pet while you're away and give you that peace of mind, knowing that someone safe, knowledgeable, and reliable is looking after your pet. Cats are my expertise, as I have had cats included my family nearly my entire life! I understand what kitties need to feel safe and secure, which includes respecting their boundaries and letting them come to me when they are ready to say hello. I've got all the basics covered: I've taken care of sick cats, bathed them, established and maintained routines, and even helped one of my cats give birth to kittens! Dogs are newer to me, in that I only truly understood the love and affection of dogs in adulthood. Most dogs are very interested in getting to know me, as my calm, gentle demeanor and approach works for both easily over-stimulated dogs as well as shy, nervous dogs. I'll give your doggo with separation-anxiety all the affection and baby talk they need while you're gone. ** At this time I am not taking jobs out of state (ie, in Philadelphia) due to the high price of gas and the bridge tolls.
