Pet care experience
I've grown up with a dog in the home my whole life, and I've had the honor of temporarily taking care of family and friends' furry loved ones over the years. I've taken pets in while their owners are away, and I've housesat in their homes as well. Dogs and cats alike! Rabbits too! I have a friend who lives with tarantulas, and honestly, I would spider-sit.

I personally live with a Shetland sheepdog and two cats who are trained to stay in the fenced backyard. We enjoy our unique routines. Learning how to communicate with each animal is a love of mine.

Let me know what your pet needs and how they communicate! If they're hyper or lazy, loud or silent, fill me in on their usual behaviors, so I know how to best get along with them! If they have specific dietary or medical routines, that's essential! We can talk about your pet's level of outside time, any crating/separating that is needed, and all the fine tuning to make for a perfect visit!
A typical day
I love letting dogs explore their surroundings safely! Being outdoors is essential for all of us, and I love running around and playing with dogs to see their energy get spent! Toys are always helpful with this as well! If and when they prefer relaxation, I am open to a good cuddle session. Would be more than happy to sleep in the same area as them! If you want a picture of your pet(s), I will happily oblige! If you do not want a picture, I will respectfully refrain!

Availability
My availability is fairly wide open! Recently left a vegetable farming job, and am able to work mornings, evenings, and even overnight if needed! CURRENT WEEKDAY SCHEDULE: Noon to 3pm is BOOKED. Friday/Weekend Overnights are able to start after 3pm Friday :) Weekday Overnights can work if you're fine with me leaving noon-3pm :)
