Landlord says no dogs, please help.
Pet care experience
I am great with dogs. I pride myself on the sixth sense I have with them. I couldn't have my own dog growing up but I was able to dog-sit for family friends. Since the age of 10, I have been a go-to guy for pet-sitting and dog walks. I still do it to this day. I know when they have to go outside and do the business and most importantly, I respect dogs. Their loyalty is admirable. Furthermore, the companionship that a dog provides is vital; however, I am unable to have a dog because my landlord won't allow them. So any client who chooses me to walk their dog is going to get a person who needs the comforts of a dog but is deprived of that.

I would like to know if the dog had allergies or any aversions to other dogs. Additionally, I would like to know about any special detail about each dog so that I can make the walk as comfortable as possible for both the canine and myself. I am partial to Golden Retrievers; however I am open to walking any breed.
A typical day
I know good dog parks in the greater Los Angeles area. Provided the dogs I'm walking are into it, I will play all the fetch they want at these parks. I will keep them on good neighborhood streets away from heavy traffic and gross exhaust from cars. If their owners permit, I will take them to dog beaches in the area as well as provide them with treats.
