Pet care experience
Hi all! I'm Adam! My wife and I are available for your dog watching needs! We have a fenced yard including a dedicated dog run for potty, with lots of shade and space for your pooch to run and play with his or her staymates! We can also work with your dog to train them on basic commands, such as sit, wait, down, shake, etc. I've had dogs my entire life and we really enjoy having visitors join our pack! I'm currently working in a hybrid style (WFH and part time in office), and my wife is home with our children when I'm not home. Dogs are given attention like our family pets are (lots of rubs and pets, treats and generally spoiled) We have a fully fenced yard, with full time access between yard and garage with cool concrete floor and dog beds. Dogs are able to hang out in the yard or in the garage during the daytime unrestricted, and are sleeping in the house overnight

My second time having Adam take care of Rico and I'm so pleased with his services. Rico comes back happy and refreshed. Adam sends me daily photos and updates and I couldn't ask for a better sitter. Will always be my go to when I'm out of town!
Our senior dog can be difficult when going to other people but Adam handled her very well. He is very patient, caring and knowledgeable with dogs. The communication was great from the initial contact all the way to pick up. We are very lucky to have found Adam.
I recently moved to a new area, so I was looking for another Rover.com dog sitter for my fur-baby that's more convenient to my new location. In looking at my options, Adam was close by and looked like a good fit for my senior pup. Since this was a first time stay, we had a meet and greet where was able to relieve some of my concerns and answer my questions. Since my dog is 14 and very timid, I was concerned about possible interaction with bigger, more aggressive dogs. However Adam assured me he keeps the big dogs and the little dogs separated, for just those reasons. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and everything in between seemed positive, so I anticipate contacting Adam again for future pet sitting.
Adam was a life saver. He offered to take car of our Willie dog at the last minute during Fourth of July week. He asked all the right questions and was thorough in preparing for his arrival. He was good at communicating daily behavior. We will definitely use him in the future.

A typical day
Dogs will be cared for according to the rules of the home owner. If they are allowed free roam of the house, those are the rules they will be subject to. If they are to be crated, they will be crated. I typically will walk them for at least 1 mile, making sure they potty. When we get home, some playtime is in order. Before I leave them, I will check food and water, and add or remove these items as needed.

I work 50/50 home and office, and my wife is home 100% of the time. This means there's always someone at the house to hang with the pups.
