Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat (please see pictures and pet bio). I have dealt with dogs that have been abused and have anxiety (my current dog). I have been on Rover for a few years which dealt with boarding at my house. I can come meet you and your pet first (for free of course). If it is not a good match, we go our separate ways. All is good.

Boomer came back happy and tired from puppy play! Adam was very kind and sent frequent updates while I was away. The access to the cameras helped relieve a lot of stress about his first time away from us. We will definitely try to book this stay again the next time we go out of town. Thanks again!
My dog had such a fun time staying with Adam and his 2 dogs. They were great playmates for Marvin. Adam sent numerous photo updates and I'd be happy leaving Marvin with him in the future.

I am not a professional but do know dogs very well through owning several throughout my lifetime. I hope your pet and I will be a great match. My house has a decent size yard for West Asheville. I take my dogs out everywhere few hours or based on my dog knocking on the door (seriously, she does that...gets annoying sometimes).

A typical day
I take my dogs hiking throughout Pisgah forest. They love to go down the French Broad River on our stand up paddle boards. Basically anything outdoors.

I can come in early mornings, afternoons, or evenings to do any type of services. I can do holidays etc. ***** I also do boarding at my house, but starting only Thursday evenings to Saturdays evenings. ***** Communication on both ends is very important to me to be a successful sitter. I work as a brewer here in Asheville.
