Pet care experience
I've taken care of all kinds of pets since I was 8. Both in my home and helping foster with my mom and taking in my own injured animals I would nurse back to health. I'm comfortable with dogs of all ages, larger breeds I haven't lived with so I am a bit new with them but love wholesomely- I do have a lot of experience and a special love for Pitties and American Bully breeds specifically but they can be mid-size too. I extend my animal care experience with other species like small birds, and larger birds (like parrots and African Grey birds), chickens, reptiles like snakes & iguanas, indoor and outdoor bunnies, and indoor cats. I've nurtured injured animals back to health, especially birds, and aided and stood by my own animals ready to pass on in need of quarantine or extra care. I've held my best friend's hand as they had to pass and cleaned up any the accidents or spills with care and concern.
Reviews
Ada was a perfect sitter for our dog Poppy. She was respectful of our house and attentive to our sweet girl. She sent lots of pictures and updates while we were away, which really made me feel at ease. Before our stay she met with me and poppy to get more comfortable and to ask questions about expectations. I highly recommend!
I went on a week trip and needed care for my puppy. Ada was absolutely amazing, she sent updates with with pictures all the time, followed my instructions and went above and beyond for my pup! Ada has a very sweet personality and my puppy warmed up to her instantly. I highly recommend using her services, I know I’ll be asking her back the next time I need a sitter!
Ada is super nice, and did a great job with taking care of our kitty. We greatly appreciate her help and strongly recommend her to everyone
Ada was amazing with our 10 week old puppy. She was always punctual and flexible to accommodate our schedule changes. She was very patient, attentive and also helped our pup get used to his crate. I highly recommend her and we’ll be seeking her help again in near future.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm only available to care for pets in owners' homes/neighborhoods for walks after we schedule a meet & greet to see how well your pet and I get along. I do not have availability with current roommates to host in my home. In any situation my goal is to address acute needs of the pet and offer basic reinforcement of training and rewards for good behavior. I will verify any allergies or dietary concerns before offering treats and look forward to being a stable option for you and your pet!
Information Ada Q. would like to know about your pet
What is your pet's favorite activity? Do they have a favorite treat? What is their behavior on leash? I'd like to know dietary restrictions AND allergies so I might be able to give them rewards if we work on any basic manners. What are your dog's anxiety triggers? What activities or situations can make your dog feel threatened or aggressive? What basic commands does your dog know?
A typical day
I like to make sure mornings cover all the bases- potty, walk, food/water, maybe brush and/or play. I love going for rides to the park, any of the parks with trails and water features are some of my favorites. If prior notice and approval is given and I'm confident with your pup, we might even go to a dog park. Walking around the neighborhood is nice for a brisk walk, but any chance I get I want to go for longer rides to bigger parks with your pup! (On leash at all times unless specifically trained or posted signage allows otherwise!)

Availability
I'm flexible and willing to find a schedule that works for you and your dog; mid mornings to late nights are accessible. I'm currently working from home and in search of more socialization with dogs as my remote-desk job is very litigious and bureaucratic- the opposite of warm and fuzzy! People are cool too, of course, but my heart smiles something fierce when I'm hanging out with a dog without having to say many words.
