Ada was a pleasure to deal with right from our first contact with each other. I had an out of the box request. She followed up with a number of questions, once she fully understood what we were looking for and agreed to our request immediately. A few days before she was scheduled to care for our three dogs she popped by our home to meet my husband and myself, the three dogs and get a lay of the land as far as where the dogs food dishes were, their beds, where and when they go outside as we live on an acreage. On the day she watched the dog there was consistent communication and photos sent showing the dogs were 💯 comfortable with her. Photos of the three dogs snuggling with her on the couch gave us the comfort we needed knowing they loved her and she was trustworthy while in our home.
