Hello! We’re a Couple in Tacoma, who LOVE fur babies 🥰 We’re fun, prepared, creative + loving. We’re responsible, organized, and enjoy following routines that allow for best practice in all situations. We have two kitties of our own, and currently care for my moms cat as well 🐱🧡 We each have lifelong experience with caring for pets, since childhood. Abrianna is available a bit more, and will mostly be in charge of this account. I have the time and energy to spend with your pets, as I currently have been taking online courses, working on my health, and working remotely. Taylor works in a school, and will be with me during evening + weekend care :) We each have cared for personal cats + dogs since childhood, including ages from kitten/puppyhood to adulthood/senior care. Abrianna has experience with a range of other animals including smaller household pets (hamsters, bearded dragons, bunnies), to farm animals (chickens, ducks, goats, cows, horses). We each have experience with a range of dog breeds + temperaments. Ranging from Rottweilers (my childhood pup), cane corsos, French bulldogs, pit bull mixes, labs, German Shepards, Australian shepards, adorable shelter mid size dog mixed breeds, a lovely Great Dane and more. They’re all a bunch of cuteness overload fur babies to us! Abrianna has some mobility challenges at times (this will not prevent me from caring your your pet, but I am noting it in case your pup may be wary of a cane or if you live on a steep hill without a flat walk area…I’m not going to be able to take the pup for a walk. If your pet pulls hard, I will need to be aware of the leash situation ahead, (My shoulders will dislocate if pulled hard, some leashes offer options preventing this). Taylor can assist me during these times as long as she’s available. She’s great and loves to go for runs + walks with pups. She has a ton of experience with pets, as she has cared for 9 dogs + a cat for months at a time with her aunt! Her aunt has 5 dogs currently and a kitten. I have enjoyed helping at their family home, and this was our favorite place to spend time when we still lived in Ohio. We have missed this once we moved out west. She has more energy than I, and is great with helping get out those puppy + dog zooms in a yard, on a walk, etc. We look forward to caring for a pup of our own in the future, and for now enjoy the company of others pups! I find spending time with animals to be rewarding, and healing. I enjoy sharing playtime, utilizing individual routines as all animals have different personalities, and enjoying a good snuggle sesh. My partner truly feels her best when she’s surrounded by dogs and loves cats greatly, we’ve have had the lovely opportunity to be cat moms the past few years together. Last year, we moved from Ohio to Washington via car with our two cats. They are not the best car riders, so the trip included daily medications, thundervests, etc. Experience administering cats: pills, and liquid syringe medications. Utilized pill pockets, squeeze treats, and wrapping cats up in a blanket to calm them. They have also had a number of vet visits, after initially bringing them home from shelter. I became a pro at cleaning pet mess, and I own a little green carpet cleaner that works great on pet mess… it’s portable don’t worry ;) I usually have my steam cleaner + dusting supplies on standby… I understand how life gets wild with fur babies! I have assisted a friend with administering their cat’s asthma inhaler as well. In undergrad I had the opportunity to help socialize service dogs in training with a local organization, and found it quite rewarding and intriguing. I am constantly researching best ways of caring for + training service dogs, as I plan to train my own in the future due to personal health conditions. I love photographing pets!
