I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. Neighbors and family were able to rely on me to walk, feed, and bathe their dogs. I also have experience in cat sitting as well.

I continue to always be able to rely on Abner to not only be reliable, but also to identify and help me track health issues with my dog, especially as she’s getting a little older and has had neurological and mobility issues. That is invaluable to me, and I cannot say enough good things about Abner. I would highly recommend Abner.
Abner was super quick to respond when I needed a walker last minute and I really appreciated his service
Abner was great with our grumpy rescue dog. Our dog doesn't normally take to new people. Abner took the time to get to know him and ensure that he would be comfortable when Abner took him on walks or pet sit for us. He was also excellent with our cat. He reliably let us know how the pets were doing and was very communicative. I highly recommend him for your pets

I can work with most dogs. Just let me know ahead of time if the dog has behavior problems. I can take that into account when I take them out for walks.
A typical day
I love playing with dogs, especially with ones with high energy. We can play fetch, tug-of-war, and/or chase. I would take them out to the nearest big park, like Rock Creek Park in Northwest DC, and walk the trails for an hour or two.

I’m very flexible. I’m free on the weekends. I can also do weekdays in the evenings or the full day if my schedule is open. Please contact with times, so we can work it out.
