Pet care experience
Your best friend deserves the best! I am a lifelong animal caretaker and pet parent, with 5 years of professional experience caring for all kinds of animals in two of our local shelters. I am comfortable with all ages, breeds and sizes of dogs, as well as most medical and behavioral needs. I'm especially good with setting anxious and timid dogs at ease and earning their trust with my familiarity with dog body language. I cared for all kinds of dogs and cats in the shelters with every personality and quirk under the sun! I am Fear-Free certified and have also completed a 16-hr course in canine neuroscience. I grew up on a small farm with goats, chickens, pigs and more, so I am also available for farm sitting! As for the little guys, I am familiar with care of reptiles, fish and rodents. With my love for animals of all kinds, I know just how important it is to find great care! I would be honored to be entrusted with your best fur friends.

Abby provided me the security of knowing that my furbabies were well attended to and loved while I was away. The daily texts and pictures confirmed their happiness and activities. Abigail was awesome to have as a house sitter and dog watcher! She is very experienced with dogs and their behavior, which was quite a bonus for me since I have a tricky dog. Came home to everyone happy and healthy, and felt very secure while I was away. Great experience and would definitely recommend Abigail to anyone else.
I was worried about leaving them so close to losing my husband but Abigail did amazing with them. I received plenty of updates and I came home to happy dogs! I highly recommend her.

A typical day
I try to maintain your pet's routine to reduce their stress while you're away. The rest of the time, we can play with toys, go for walks, or just chill indoors on the couch - whatever your furbaby is up to doing!

I work part time Monday through Friday, usually in short afternoon shifts. I have plenty of time in the mornings, evenings and weekends to spend getting to know and caring for your pets!
