Pet care experience
I am an NC State student majoring in Zoology. I love animals and have been pet sitting since I was 16 (over 6 years now.) I also have worked at an animal rehab in South Africa for two months where I was in charge of caring for a cheetah, servals, owls, kites, and a civet. I also personally have three cats and two dogs who I live with and care for. I am fully confident I have the experience needed to love and care for your pet! I am familiar with crating animals so I will be comfortable doing that in your home if that is something you request. As stated before I have been doing this for over six years and have many references available if you would like to talk to any of my regulars! I have also been vegan for over eight years, and am graduating with a degree in zoology in May which only further proves my love for animals! You can trust me to give your animal(s) all of my love!

Gail was a tremendous sitter for Lucy! They were very communicative throughout the stay and provided the best care for Lucy and were very accommodating to some changes in Lucy's schedule. They even offered to help with watering plants and make the bed before we for back. Gail clearly loves animals and would recommend them to anyone!
Gail is the absolute best! We've really struggled to find dependable, reliable and trustworthy care for our pup dogs...she not only takes fantastic care of our dogs - she takes immaculate care of our home and always leaves it better than she found it. Gail has been so awesome to work with and has really grown to become a friend. She's fantastic!
Abigail was amazing with our two, very different dogs! She had no problem balancing a 12.5 year old, 75# male pitbull who looks tough but is actually a teddy bear and a very sassy 2 year old, 50# female pit/lab mix. Abigail made both feel very comfortable and was extremely patient in letting the puppy warm up to her. We are so grateful and already looking to book more house stays with her!
We can't say enough good things about Gail! She dog-sat for us for 9 days, and she took incredible care of our pups. She gave them tons of love and attention, took them on walks daily, handled our older dog’s quirks with no problem, and kept us updated throughout. When we came home, our house was just as we left it, and Gail even went above and beyond to water our garden and newly planted plants and grass while we were away. We were able to truly enjoy our time away because we knew our pups were in the best hands. We will definitely be using Gail in the future!

I have experience giving oral medication, and I have pet sat multiple special needs animals ranging from toothless cats, to blind dogs. Let me know what your pet needs and I'll be happy to do what I can to keep them happy and comfortable!
A typical day
I would love to take your dog on long walks around the neighborhood where they lead me where to go. I also love running around with them in the backyard or taking them to a dog park if they are super energetic!

I am wrapping up my last semester of zoology at NCSU, but I have plenty of time in between classes and in the evenings to help you and your pet, whether it be a mid-day stroll, overnight stay, a drop-in, or anything in-between! I genuinely love animals so much, and am super flexible so please reach out, I would love to pamper and love on your pet!
