Pet care experience
I am currently a student in an online veterinary nursing program and am interning at Fur Family Animal Hospital here in MHK! I have been there for over 2 years now and I am getting plenty of hands on experience with cats and dogs, and I personally have 3 cats myself. I would say I have more experience than the average person in the aspect that I have cared for every age of animal and temperament, especially since the clinic can be a very anxious time for some. I have administered medication of all sorts and have experience with doing so! I also used to work as a kennel assistant in a boarding facility in Kansas City for a year!

A typical day
I love to go on hikes around the area and playing fetch is one of my favorite things to do with pups! I have not been to the dog parks in this area yet so I would love recommendations!!

I am going to be doing my online classes for school during the week, but I can easily work around that schedule! As for my interning, I will be in the clinic from 8am-12 Mon-Fri!
