Pet care experience
I've had a large dog my whole life and spent significant time with smaller dogs of family members. In addition to caring for my own animals I have been watching medium to large sized dogs for the past few years. I love to play with them, go for runs, trips to the dog park, and cuddle. I work in finance in Tysons Corner and work a typical 9-5 job, and I live in Arlington (Virginia Square.) I would be available most mornings before work and in the evening after work. I would be available most any time of the day most weekends. I will give your dog oral medication, play fetch, or whatever their favorite game is. I look forward to meeting your fur child!

Abby watched our two large doggos (Vivienne and Hudson) for a weekend while we were out of town. She came and stayed at the apt and gave our doggos plenty of love and attention! She even managed to handle both of them in the dog park simultaneously which is super impressive because they’re pretty rambunctious. Abby followed their feed/potty schedule we left for her and when we came back our doggos were happy, healthy, and most importantly sleepy from lots of scratches and play time! Abby loves dogs and I would be more than comfortable leaving my dogs with her again because she is so caring and responsible.
Finding someone to come into your home, and watch over your animals, can often be a risk. We do not have to worry about that!! We have found the best house and pet sitter in Abby Johe. She truly loves animals, especially dogs and cats. She is honest and trustworthy. Our dogs go crazy when she comes over to walk them, or just to visit. We are very fortunate to have her in our lives.
Finding a sitter for your best friend is tough - will they care properly for your pet as you do is always one of my top concerns (among many others). Fortunately I was able to find Abby. She is my go-to sitter when I travel as I know she will take care of my dog with love, and affection and will treat Tucker as if he is hers. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new sitter!
