Abigail is a very compassionate person and she is very good with dogs and is good for drop in visits. However I do not recommend boarding cats with her. She was not able to help my cats adjust at night. She complained about behaviors that are typical in anxious cats that are placed in new environments. She told me I had to find a new placement in 24 hours for them. Rover had to get involved and they are now with a sitter who has been incredible with them. I’m writing this review to let other cat owners know about this. I followed all of Rover’s procedures to book. She did a home visit and agreed to care for them. Cat owners please beware. I don’t want your cats to have to moved to other homes within 24 hours.

Abigail was amazing taking care of Schatzi! She made my pup feel at home right away. My dog has a complex diet which was no problem to follow. Communication & updates were on point! Thank you so much again and see you next time!
