Pet care experience
I’ve been around and cared for dogs my entire life. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages and have sat for pets of numerous family members and friends. My family currently has a 13 year-old dog with pretty bad anxiety, so I have experience with anxious and older doggies! I do not get to see her often as I am in college currently and do not have room for a dog at my apartment. I miss seeing my dog, so this gives me the opportunity to get to hang out with YOUR dog for a bit (and let them out of course)!

Abigail was great! Easy to work with and flexible as our travel arrangements changed last minute. She took pictures each day of our pet and sent them to us while we were out of town. Has a great understanding of the needs of older dogs. Very dependable! Looking forward to working with her again!
Abigail was amazing and such a life saver for our cleo! She went above and beyond for us. She took such great care of her and sent us pictures and checked in with us everyday! We are so grateful our fur baby was in such good hands. We will definitely be using her again! :)

I appreciate a note from the owner to let me know specific feeding, wake, bathroom times so the dog can remain on their regular schedule. I find it easiest to follow owner instructions/suggestions as closely as possible while erring on the side of caution. I watch dogs carefully when they are outside of their home and I am comfortable walking dogs on leashes. I also like communicating with the owner often and sending pictures of their pet, updates, questions, etc. An emergency contact/vet number will be appreciated!

I do not have breed preferences. I like to have a detailed note from the owner so I can consult this while I am there. I prefer to have an emergency contact and vet number.
A typical day
I love to go on walks to discover what is near a client’s home. I also enjoy playing fetch and other games with high-energy dogs. That being said, I also don’t mind to sit inside and hang out with lower-energy dogs!

Availability
I am a college student, so this schedule will change a bit as I transition into semester break in a few weeks and I will have more availability. Currently I can let dogs out every 2-4 hours (possibly more often depending on travel) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6 am until 6 pm. I am free for sitting any night after 6pm and on weekends! My schedule is flexible, so feel free to ask about specific times!
