Pet care experience
I have taken care of my family's and neighbor's dogs for the past 5 years. I have taken care of senior and young energetic dogs. With my own black lab, we go on runs and long hikes. Currently, I have clients at an equestrian barn that rely on me to care for their horses (riding, bathing, and injury care). My schedule is flexible since I currently create my own hours based on the animals' needs. I am finished with school and I have a reliable car. I am intuitive and responsible about the animal's needs and health. I will ensure the animal is cared for based on the client's requests (walk, play, grooming, and water/food). At the barn, I am responsible for the care and health of two horses owned by my trainer.

Abigail took excellent care of our extremely energetic golden retriever while we were away. He definitely got spoiled with play time & walks! Great communicator & always provided pictures & a little message about each visit. She was a gem with a very friendly personality too! We highly recommend Abigail & will definitely be using her again!
Abigail went above and beyond making my fur kiddos happy on my first day out of town. I have one who was injured, and she gave great cuddles. I have a very young dog, and, sensed that girl needed to walk off the energy to sleep well.
Abby was great with our two cats! She was great at communicating her schedule so we knew when to expect her each day of our trip and kept us updated with notes and pictures! Thank you Abby!

I would gear the activities towards the dog's interests and what they enjoy. For example, my dog doesn't like playing fetch but loves walking and swimming. I love walking in Jacobsburg State Park or any nature trail.
