Hello! My name is Abigail and I have lived in Chicago for 5 years. Growing up in Michigan, I've lived with two labs the majority of my life. So I am no stranger with the day to day care that goes into having a pet. I can assure you your dog would be in great care if you left him/her with me. I adore all dogs and will provide them a comfortable environment. I live right near the lakeshore path, so even though I don't live in a building with a backyard, I'll be able to take your dog to the next best thing -- Chicago's parks & lakefront! Abigail was the absolute BEST!! She really helped me out and took my pup in for a whole week after a person canceled on me last minute. She sent daily updates and pictures all through the sitting too, which made me feel super comfortable the whole time I was away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!!
Abigail did a great job with our 10 month old chocolate lab for an overnight stay at her apartment. He was unaccustomed to the new space, so had a very hard time sleeping during the night. Abigail didn’t complain at all but rather tried to make sure he got more outside time to wear him out. Would definitely work with her again.
This was a last minute extension of a prior stay — again , she was very responsive and helpful with my dog Suzy. I’d highly recommend Abigail as well as use her services again.
Abigail was so great, very responsive and offered picture updates while my dog (Suzy) was staying with her. I could tell from the pics that Suzy was enjoying herself and seemed calm/ relaxed. Abigail was even extremely flexible when I requested to extend the stay last minute, because my daughter was sick/ sent home from daycare and I didn’t have the time to pick up Suzy. This type of service is extremely valuable to someone like me...I would definitely recommend Abigail and would use her again to watch Suzy in the future.
