Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I can’t imagine life without them! I have experience caring for dogs, cats and horses. I have 2 very friendly Labradors and we regularly take in dogs for day care and over night/holiday care. I have extensive puppy experience and have raised a few litters. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I have a current Pet First Aid certificate and I am confident administering medication. I live with my husband and 3 sons aged 16, 14 and 12. The boys are sensible around dogs and love having visitors to stay.

Another successful dog day for my 2 nervy miniature dachshunds. Would definitely recommend Abi. Kept me updated with messages and photos throughout the day.
Bear had his first over night stay with Abigail and I'm so pleased how well he settled. Picture updates were great and he's come home happy and relaxed.
Skye had a wonderful day with Abi. Abi sent us photos and kept us up to date on what she was up to throughout the day. Skye came home a happy pup!
Our second visit to Abigail and at such short notice after our prior arrangements changed last minute. Milo had a lovely day and we were kept in the loop all day so we could enjoy our day. Love reading what he’s been up to and seeing the photos. He is completely exhausted but very content. I couldn’t recommend Abigail enough. She’s brilliant. 😀

It’s good to know your dogs daily routine including usual feed and walk times. What is he/she like around other dogs, cats and humans? Are there any medical conditions I need to be aware of? Does your dog have any quirks I need to know about?
A typical day
We love going for long walks. We are lucky to have some really lovely walks within walking distance of our house. We play lots of metal stimulation games. I also have a doggy paddling pool that I set up during the summer months.

Availability
I work within the animal industry and I work from home. So your dog will only be left if I need to pop out. I enjoying going for 2 long walks per day. We have some lovely walks across fields and footpaths. I tend to walk the dogs first thing in the morning and then again mid to late afternoon.
