I very pleased with Abigail's care and concern for my 2 cats while I was away. One of my cats is very shy and nervous around new people, especially if I am not home. Abigail was very patient and worked with me and communicated with me so we could get her out of her hiding places enough to eat. And within 24 hours, she was out and about again as usual, obviously feeling calmer around Abigail. She also took the time to play with my my more outgoing and playful cat. She sent me consistent photos and updates regarding both cats so I didn't have to worry about them. I would say she went above and beyond in terms of both their care and putting me at ease!

Abigail was available when I needed her to watch my dog Max who has separation anxiety. She kept a good eye on him letting him in and out of the house when he wanted to go out. She kept me updated with text messages and pictures so I could see how he was doing. He was comfortable being with her which can be an issue for anxious dogs so it was a relief he got along well with her. Highly recommend.
