Pet care experience
I have had my own dogs since as far as I can remember and I have had a cat for 5 years. My pets are not living with me here in Utah, they are back home in NC :( I absolutely adore furry friends, which is why I also volunteered at The Veterinary Hospital of Davidson back home for a year in 2019. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to pet-sit and walk their dogs often. I believe that animals have feelings and personalities and it is always my priority to love on them and care for their needs to the best of my ability!

Abby watched my cat and took great care of him! You can definitely tell she is an animal lover. She is considerate of your space and is not invasive if staying at your house. I would highly recommend her :)
Abigail is the best pet sitter I have ever had. My cat suffers with FIV and recently had his eye removed and Abby took amazing care of him when I was away. She also has a way with dogs, my `elkhound absolutely adores her. She is active, attentive, and very compassionate. 10/10 would recommend to be your next pet sitter

Dogs: I am familiar with crating pups as needed, I love to walk all dogs I am sitting as well. I am careful with breeds so that I do not walk a dog more than he/she can handle. I am also sure to play and walk an extra amount of time for high energy breeds. Cats: My cat is pretty chill so likes a lot of cuddles and pets. For cats that are more high energy, I can play with them more often!

It would help me to know the energy level of your pup or kitty, their sensitivity level to other pets (for walks), any disability they have, potty-training abilities (for puppies/kittens) and what treats/toys are allowed for the pet to play with and eat.
A typical day
I love to talk pups on walks around the avenues/federal heights area. It is beautiful this time of year! I also enjoy taking dogs to coffee shops, pet stores, and outdoor dining places with me (if the owner would like). For more low-key four-legged friends, I love to spend time petting, cuddling, and brushing them.

Availability
I am a part-time student and working part-time so I have a good bit of extra time in my schedule to care for your furry friends! My availability is best for Mondays after 1pm and Tuesdays between 1pm-6pm for walks or short term sitting. I can also make other times work depending on the week! I am available for long-term sitting as well.
