I have been sitting for neighbors, friends, and family members' dogs (and other animals) for as long as I can remember. I am happy to provide walks, bathroom breaks, play time, and infinite affection. I can also administer medications as needed as I have quite a bit of experience via my own pets as well as others'. While attending Towson University ('14-'19) and obtaining my BS and MS in occupational therapy, I have been blessed by the opportunity to rescue two dogs - my very loved and dearly missed little ewok, a shih tzu mix named Wicked (~13+ years when adopted), and my jumping bean, a terrier mix named El (~6 years at this time). In addition to dogs, other animals I have cared for in the past include cats, birds, turtles, and sugar gliders. I'm also more than happy to do light housekeeping and I have approximately 9 years of Spanish language experience. I adore animals more than anybody I know and I consider their health and well-being to be an absolute priority. ***I am currently a recently certified and licensed occupational therapist in the state of Virginia. As I continue my search for a FT position, I would love to spend as much time as possible caring for animals. :)
