Pet care experience
I’ve looked after neighbours dogs since my early teens. This included walking and staying over in their houses. In more recent years I’ve looked after friends pooches when they have been out of town. Eric, my close friends dachshund was a few months old at the time and we still hang out now having lots of love for each other. I have ran, walked and stayed in with pets depending on their needs and am hoping to find more opportunities to do this through Rover. I honestly believe we’re so lucky to have dogs in our lives and being able to facilitate extra walks, play dates etc would be a privilege for me.

Abi has looked after my dog Cocoa and cat Tiramisu (Missy Moo) a few times whilst I have had to go away with work. She made herself available with very short notice from me, which was a massive help. She has a very caring energetic and fun character, perfect for dog sitting as Cocoa needs a lot of walking and playing. She left my house in great condition, very clean and tidy! She gave me daily updates via whatsapp, with long walks and happy pup photos. Missy moo can be a bit moody shall we say, but she warmed up to Abi and even sat on her lap watching the tv together. 10000% recommend her to care for your babies.
Abi is great at dog sitting. She has looked after my 2 high maintenance dogs regularly. She bonded straight away with Jasper and Colin and they love it when she looks after them. She is very responsible and reliable and I am always impressed at how she takes care of them. I would highly recommend Abi for looking after any dog.
Abi would make the best dog momma. She loves dog cuddles and kisses and is super active so makes a brilliant dog walker/ jogger. She recently did some dog sitting for me and took pooch for a park run which he really enjoyed. Abi is reliable and super caring towards dogs so would making a perfect dog sitter

I am unable to have pets stay with me in my home. However, I am able to care for the pet in their own home. I would normally seek advice from their owner and follow their usual routine, paying attention to any specific requests. If a dog is in my presence I am more than likely going to interact with them unless it’s time for them to have a rest.

A typical day
I love going out with dogs whether that be for a run or a slow bimble so they can explore the local area. The dogs will probably get bored of playing games before I do. I want dogs to have the best time and we are lucky to have them as companions.

Availability
I work 5 days a week doing half day shifts. I often have the weekends off. I am very flexible with my time and would often be available. Occasionally I am out of the country/ out of the local area but this is normally know well in advance.
