Hello fellow dog parents! I have had the pleasure of having Abhimanyu as my dog walker over the last few years. He is simply the best! Not only is he extremely reliable and responblie but he genuinely cares for my dogs. He has taken to time to get to know each of their personalities and is very patient, as both dogs on occasion can be difficult when interacting with other dogs. One could say he is a true dog whisperer and a leader of the pack.
Abhi has been one of my closest friends for over a decade. He is an incredible person and a genuine dog lover. He is smart, responsible, personable, and generous. He is one of those people who dogs immediately trust and love. When my wife and I are out of town, he is our first choice to sit and walk our beloved dog (and his beloved "Dogson") Freddie. He was there for us in a heartbeat when we left for the hospital to give birth to our first child, and knowing he was there with Fred allowed us to focus on the task at hand without worrying. As a dog lover, I can't recommend him enough as a walker or sitter. He's responsible and always on time. You can be sure that he will spend his time learning your dog's personality and keeping him/her happy and occupied while you are away.
What a Life Saver!! I had to go out of town for about two weeks, and needed a reliable and safe person to leave my best friend with. Thank God Abhi was willing to take him in....last minute might I ad. After I returned my dog was not only happy to see me, but he was obviously exercised, well fed, and cleaner than when i dropped him off. If it wasn't for this mans willingness to help out his fellow neighbor, I would have felt so bad about leaving him in one of those corporate paces that call cages a home. I also admit that on the ride home Floppy, my dogs name, did seem sad. Obviously Abhi and Floppy spent a lot of time together to get my dog sad from leaving his new friend! What a GREAT choice for my Best friend!

When sitting for a dog, I like to know the schedule the dog is used to. Things like what time the dog is fed and when walks usually happen. I would also like to know about the dog's temperament with people and other dogs so I can tailor activities to fit your dog. I would also like to know about any medical conditions your dog may have. And of course, I would like to know about the things that make your dog unique. Things like what treats your dog likes, favorite toys and activities, and favorite places your dog may have. That way I can ensure that your dog has a positive experience while he/she is in my care.
A typical day
I generally take dogs to any sort of grassy area. I have walked dogs in pretty much any setting you can think of, so I can create a route that will ensure your dog gets some good exercise. The fun activities we do together will depend on what your dog likes to do. I am adaptable and in pretty good health, so anything from fetch to swimming is a possibility if your dog is interested.
