Pet care experience
I’ve loved animals and had taken care of different pets ever since I was a kid. I grew up taking care of my extended family’s cats and dogs whenever they were busy, and the ocasional farm animal. I myself have had a variety of pets. I had a chihuahua for 16 years, rest in peace my sweet Princess 💜. I have a kitty cat named Nana who’s 6 years old. I also had a beautiful duck named Kiki, which I took care of for 10 years. No matter the pet, I think they deserve the best care, love, and affection ✨.

Abel loves animals and learning about the proper care for all types of pets. Has always been very responsible and compassionate towars animals. Took care of my dog whenever I was not available, taking him on walks,playing,grooming and showering him in love and affection.

I’m good at being aware of my surroundings, so I can easily identify whenever there’s possible danger. I’m good at telling whether I should avoid a street or an incoming pet. I love walking and taking time to look around, so I’ll make sure your fur baby enjoys their walk as they best desire. Be it by walking slowly or fast, stoping every now and then to smell the grass, or wanting to investigate a different route. I would also love to play with them if that’s something y’all are interested in, be it with toys or just running around with them and giving them lots of pets. When it comes to visits, I’ll be sure to follow your instructions on how to prepare their food to their liking, check in on them and provide many cute photos for you, and of course spend some quality time petting them and comforting them in your absence💜. *And of course I’ll take as many cute photos and send regular updates so you feel secure in the safety of your fur babies*

Let me know about any allergies, fears, triggers, how reactive or calm they are around other pets/animals/people, their overall personality, their likes and dislikes, any medication or special care they may need. Would also be good to know stuff they aren’t allowed to do or eat(food). Inform me of their unique habits or behaviors that I shouldn’t worry about. *For showers or grooming, I’ll only do it for pets who are calm, indifferent, or enjoy the process.
A typical day
During walks we’ll explore new paths, stop to smell the flowers, take little breaks if that’s what they need or run together in order to stimulate their playful energy, and we can also stop somewhere to play if that’s what y’all want! I’ll cover them in pets and love, but also give them space if they aren’t as clingy. For check-ins I’ll make sure to follow your instructions and while doing so I can also offer them some time for relaxation, tricks or play if they’re the playful type. Any unique requests to show them affection are welcome as well. I’ll offer them my arms and lap if they are ever tired or down, they can use me as a pillow or as comfort! *Giving showers or other type of grooming depends on each pet individually. If your pet enjoys those things I’ll gladly do it.

Availability
I’m currently a full time student 🧑🎓 but hold no full-time job, so I have a couple of days in which I’m available and flexible. I have Mondays and Wendnesdays available from 2pm-10pm. I’m also occasionally available Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm ☺️. I don’t really mind a last day request but is more likely I’ll be available if told with anticipation.
