Abby was paid cash to come meet my dog 2 days before the booking. She advertised that she had experience with large dogs. The first night of the booking (after telling me things were fine in the afternoon) she wrote me at 11pm and informed me that she got an invitation to stay elsewhere. Even though I had booked house sitting with clear instructions, she admitted she wasn’t planning on staying the night. She was prepared to leave my dog by himself all night. She complained (after I had left to Chicago with my family) that she was scared of my dog because she was “only 10 pounds heavier” than he was. She was extremely unprofessional, and when I was direct with her she was rude. Left early as well. I do NOT recommend Abby for any dog or service. She is not mature enough. I’m reporting to Rover. I’ve used this app since my dog was a puppy and this was my only bad experience.
