She failed to communicate with me that there was a “dog outside” so she had only taking my dogs out for 3 minutes in which they weren’t able to use the bathroom and one of them had to defecated in the house because of it. I do know my dogs and they may bark at a dog but that is not a reason to push the service later, which is what she told me, when I had another 30 minute service I had set 4 hrs later. I requested that specific time for a reason. I was so untrusting I called service to cancel for second service and had to rely on a acquaintance. I paid for 30 minutes of her time, and she gave me 10. She did feed my dogs after the 3 min walk which is what took up time, if she didn’t i probably would’ve seen her come and go after 5.
