Cats seemed content and cared for (except water level was low and bins quite full with uncovered excrement that the cats never do with us), but Abby did not do about 1/2 the communication and house things we asked for in writing and reviewed orally with her (e.g., did not notify us that she had arrived nor any contact with us until we texted her many hours after she should have arrived; did not lower the house AC when she left to the level we asked so house was hot for hours after we returned; had trouble using the house alarm and said the fob didn't work --Ive checked and it works fine; some outdoor plants were watered but not others, the water level in the waterfall fountain was quite low, etc.) We will not rebook with Abby. The two others we have used through Rover were quite a bit better (but not available for this short and short-notice trip). Abby is nice, but it didn't work for us.

Abby came over to our house and was watching out dog Kirby for an hour after school. We were unable to get home from work until around 5 and needed someone to let Kirby outside to go to the bathroom and just spend time with him. Abby is great with Kirby and has brought him places like dog friendly parks and Kirby adores her. We highly recommend Abby for any pet care needs.
