Hi there! My name is Abby, and I am a graduate student working toward my Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Vermont. I have a lot of hobbies that I've picked up in my free time, and now I'd love to spend some of that time hanging out with your four-footed friends! I have been dog sitting and walking for nearly 8 years, and have been with Rover on and off for about 3 years. I was previously a Rover sitter in the Hartford, CT area, which gave me experience with nearly 20 different rover pups! I'm looking to continue this fun little business in Burlington this fall! I especially enjoy walking and running with dogs and playing outside with them, but I am just as happy cuddling on the couch! I have one 13-year-old golden retriever of my own. He has taught me how easy it is to love dogs, meaning that your dog will get loads of attention and love if I get the opportunity to be their sitter or walker. I love to give owners updates on how their pets are doing, so you will always be in the know when you choose me to spend time with your companion! I am relatively flexible when it comes to availability, and I will certainly be willing to pull a few strings so that you and I - and your pet - can make things work!
