We live in Old Louisville in an old victorian. We have a fenced-in yard with a doggy door. My husband and I currently care for 3 very friendly dogs. We recently dog sat for 5 weeks and realized that we love it! Our dogs are extremely sociable and our youngest loves the company. We have a secure (locked) fenced yard and dogs (with permission) can have access to the yard (via doggy door) 24/7. Dogs do need to be able to climb stairs. We own the house, but we live on the 2nd and 3rd floor primarily. It’s pretty ideal, though. Resident dogs are trained, vaccinated, defleaed, and gentle. Really, we’re super dog people and your dog will be loved as if they are our own.
