Pet care experience
One of my main goals in providing pet services is to set myself apart from the hobbyists as a professional. I've lived around dogs/cats my entire life, owned my own pets since I was about 8yrs old including dogs, cats, fish, rodents and more! I regularly help people with their pets and a wide variety of tasks. I am certified for Pet FA&CPR through Pet Sitters International, they have one of the most comprehensive courses you can buy! I helped tube raise a puppy with a severe cleft palate&mental disabilities/seizures, along with other puppies/kittens since I was about 7 or so, have experience with many special needs/senior/disabled/high energy/aggressive dogs and can help with training puppies on the leash/basic commands. I have professional experience with basic dog grooming procedures plus I have served as an assistant to a couple dog breeders. I'm working on starting a pet care business all on my own! I will do everything in my abilities to provide top of the line care for your pets/home! I've always loved all pets & animals I just want to help any way I can! Abby was great. We have a dog that can be very temperamental and she understood how to respond to him and eventually won him over. She left the house in perfect condition. We will definitely be calling upon her again!!
Abby did a great job with our dog and two cats while we were away for a week. Also did an excellent job leaving the house in good order for our return.
Thank you SO much Abby! Our little 6 month Alvin has separation anxiety and can’t stay in his crate while we are gone for 4+ hours. Thank you for taking care of our little guy while we were away!

When I'm caring for other peoples animals/homes I treat them as if they were my own. I follow pet parents instructions as closely as possible so their normal routines aren't disrupted. I like to learn about my pet friends habits, likes&dislikes. Everyone has different needs I'm here for it! I can go for long walks or just hang out for a little while. Safety for me goes above everything for my own animals/home, the same will go for yours. I have an eye for detail so I will take note of anything unusual and report back to pet parents with anything they would need to know as well as just send general updates on their babies.

Let me know about your dogs specific needs and personality! What makes them uncomfortable or upset. Any triggers or boundaries the dog has. I'm willing to handle aggressive dogs as long as I'm aware beforehand. I have a pet profile sheet I fill out during meet & greets to help me keep track of everyone's individual needs/info! I also keep a daily care/medicine log to track any tasks done while with your pets.
A typical day
Really depends on the dog/pet parents requests. I try to form bonds with all my clients so I can create an environment of comfort based on trust and respect human or dog. As for activities that's really based on individual preferences! I love to go for walks with pups that need that extra bit of exercise!

Availability
Rover & Pet Care are my primary focus. I am trying to start my own Pet Sitting/In-Home Grooming business called Scruffy Pups Services! I have 3 dogs of my own that I care for primarily by myself but they do get to spend time with other people in the house some. I'd love to take everyone's requests but I need time at my house as well! Days/Times I am available for bookings: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm I KEEP MY CALENDAR UP TO DATE!! I will be available MOST HOLIDAYS(only exceptions for bookings on saturdays&sundays!).
