Hi im Abby, I’m 22 and I love dogs! I had experience living with dogs as well as walking local dogs and training. I would love to lend a hand by looking after your doggy when needed. I am currently studying for my Masters in Nursing but love to spend my extra time with animals. I have 3 cats at home so would love to spend time with dogs and other cats where they feel comfortable. I have been driving for 5 years and have suitable dog harnesses in my car if you dog wanted to join me in an adventure a little less local. If your dog needs a good run around, my boyfriend’s dog is always up for a play and super friendly with other dogs. I have a recent DBS check available upon request. I also do pet photography in my spare time and would love to get some good pictures of your dog and share them with you to show the good times we have together. Overall, I want to help out where I can as well as enjoy my spare time with your lovely animals! Thank you!

Abby looked after my dogs for the day. She was excellent in handling them and one of them is scared of people so is a little bit more difficult. She had tremendous patience and I was very happy to leave them in her care.
I would like to say thank you so much to Abby for taking great care of our 8 month old puppy. Abby keeps us updated, sending messages and photos. She shows a great deal of experience when caring for our puppy and helps in his training. We would highly recommend Abby.
Abby has a genuine love for animals and she cares for them with patience and understanding. She has been around animals all her life and currently cares for 3 cats, a hamster and a turtle! She particularly loves being around dogs and has much experience though caring for friends dogs. She is reliable, trustworthy and conscientious. I would highly recommend her!

I’m happy to do any jobs while your out or away such as putting the bins out or collecting parcels or even giving your dog a wash. I am always easily contacted on my mobile and would love to give you updates thought my time with your pet. And when you’ve been away I always ensure there’s milk in the fridge for a brew when you arrive home! I massively respect your privacy and will follow any rules or specifications set out by you. I’m happy with the company of your dog and my book to read, I don’t need anything else! I have a clear DBS check available.

A typical day
I love taking dogs to their favourite spots but I new scene is always good for a dog, I know lots of good spots for your dog to run and play. I can also introduce them to Hollie, my partners dog. She’s great with all breeds and loves a good run around. If there is anything specific your dog enjoys I’m happy to do this for them, wethers it’s swimming or just a gentle stroll in the park; if not I’m happy to take them on my own little adventures. It’s completely dependent on what your dog enjoys, their physical capabilities and what you’re comfortable with. I never end a visit without a good cuddle and a sneaky treat, lots of pets obviously and any other jobs that need taking care of.

I am currently in University so am available after 5pm Monday - Thursday, specific times can be arranged on certain days for walks & drop ins between my university schedule upon request. I am free Friday - Sunday for overnight stays.
