I have owned dogs my entire life, but I really took a liking to caring for them when I was 10-years-old. I began walking neighborhood dogs and pet-sitting cats for family friends. Currently, I have 2 dogs at my family home in Virginia who I see whenever I visit, and I have owned 2 cats. I have always had a large dog and a small dog, so I am well aware of the care for different sizes! I have always worked with older dogs who are more reluctant around new people. I always take a kind and loving approach to watching animals, I acknowledge that I am stepping into their home, and I make sure they are 100% comfortable with my presence. I believe a thorough walk is incredibly important for a dog, and I love seeing how much they love getting exercise!
