I came to pets and pet sitting “later in life,” and discovered, with great gratitude, a passion and a gift for taking care of your precious animal companions… because that is what they are, for you and for me. I’m not a casual caregiver, or a friend; I’m not walking your dog as a favor to you or as a part-time job or hobby. Nor am I in a hurry to get out of your home, or to ‘fit you in’ between errands. My total focus is your two most precious possessions: Your pets and your property. I’m a trustworthy pet sitter, dedicated to the loving details of caring for your dogs. I believe that pets should be as happy with a sitter as they are when their owners are at home (or close to it).

Abby has been my pet sitter for over four years. I am a very protective person when it comes to my animals. I can honestly say that I can go on vacation and not have the slightest concern. Not only is Abby very knowledgeable about cats and dogs , you can count on whatever directions you have given her she carries them out to the fullest. Abby cares so much for my animals that she has been with me during The last few moments of one of my dogs life, as well as being present when I adopted a new baby. I cannot speak highly enough of how caring and competent she is. She is someone that you never have to worry about coming into your home and taking care of your animals just like they are her own. Abby is very special and you can always count on her.

I like to know about the dog's eating habits and feeding times, potty breaks, food and treat restrictions, comfortable in car rides, comfortable on walking (reactions to other dogs if see other dogs during walks), and sociability habits, and if there's any known violence disposition.
A typical day
Walking, playing, time spent outside, ice cream breaks (if allowed by owners), running with the dogs, keeping the dogs engaged. I like to take the dogs on walks in safe and beautiful neighborhoods, and even to walking trails.
