I've been taking care of a variety of dogs since I was 12. Starting with family members dogs then moving on to walking, feeding, and checking on neighbors dogs. Eventually I took on a job at a local grooming/boarding facility and worked there for 5 years. While I was there I learned the fine art of taking care of customers four legged family members in a professional setting. On top of learning how to fully groom dogs, I also gained experience in handling a variety of canine personalities in group play, staying one step ahead of unsafe situations, how to give proper medications and food to multiple dogs at once, properly cleaning and disinfecting messes, working around personality quirks safely/peacefully, and most importantly how to better keep fur babies happy, safe, and comfortable as possible until their family returned. Since my years working professionally with dogs I have continued to use my experiance to watch and groom family members and friends dogs just for the joy of it! My husband Chris may help me walk or watch dogs when they stay with us. He has had dogs his entire life and grew up breeding, raising, and showing them. He is very experianced with proper canine care and is a caring "pack leader". Our current pup thinks the world of him!
